Irving Snow is the main man in charge who takes care of nearly everything and anything at the farm! He has a great deal of experience with mechanical things having graduated from Henry Abbott Technical school in Danbury, CT, and he has worked in various technical fields such as auto body, auto mechanics, and most importantly welding with virtually any type of steel. Irv works on all of the machinery at the farm and in his little or free time he can usually be found in the garage behind a dark mask welding something else to his jeep (or repainting it). On occassion, he is out on his boat, on the ski slopes, or in front of the computer chatting with his friends. If he's not at one of those places chances are that he's asleep or at the bar. Nevertheless Irv is a very creative and enthusiastic individual who works very hard on the farm.
