Please be advised that Snow’s Farm LLC provides delivery service as a courtesy for its customers’ at an additional charge.
I, the customer, hereby agree to the following:
Snow’s Farm and / or its agents will not be held liable and / or responsible for any damage created by an agent of Snow’s Farm or any of its vehicles for deliveries beyond the curb, or in other words on the customer’s property. By signing this document the customer waives all rights to any and all claimed damages due to loss of property or damage to the customer’s real property. If the customer requested that the material be placed on his/her property and a Snow’s Farm vehicle becomes damaged and / or stuck on the said property, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repair and / or towing charges. The customer and/or agent of the customer has inspected the material delivered. Snow’s Farm LLC and it’s employees are not responsible to move or remove material once off-loaded from vehicle on to customer’s property.
Cancellation Fee Notice
Please review your entire order for accuracy before submitting. If you have any questions contact us before placing your order. If you cancel your order after submitting you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee to cover transaction and clerical costs will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds will be processed within seven business days from the time your order is cancelled.
