I, the customer, hereby agree to the following:
If you choose to be loaded by a tractor, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle that can occur by being loaded with material.
We recommend that you cover your load of material before leaving the farm to avoid possible fines.
We are not responsible if you choose to overload your truck.
Snow’s Farm, LLC and / or its agents will not be held liable and / or responsible for any damage created by an agent of Snow’s Farm LLC or any of its machinery. By signing this document the customer waives all rights to any and all claimed damages due to loss of property or personal injury to themselves that may occur while being at the farm.
